How much does it cost to join AnQ?
There is no upfront joining fee unless otherwise stated in your Commercial Schedule. AnQ earns its share when you successfully win a booking through the platform.
Do I have to accept every enquiry?
No. You remain in control of which enquiries you quote for. However, once you accept and confirm a booking, you are expected to fulfil it as agreed.
How do I receive customer enquiries?
Relevant enquiries are delivered through your AnQ Partner platform based on your service areas, capabilities, availability and customer requirements.
How do I submit quotations?
Review the customer's moving requirements through the Partner platform, enter your price and service details, and submit your quotation digitally.
How does AnQ make money?
For confirmed bookings, the customer normally pays a 25% deposit payment, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the Channel Partner.
When do I receive payment?
The remaining 75% of the agreed transaction value is paid directly by the customer to you according to your agreed payment terms.
What happens if a customer cancels?
If the customer cancels more than 48 hours before the move, their deposit is refunded, subject to the applicable processing deduction and statutory rights. Cancellations within 48 hours are ordinarily subject to the applicable cancellation charge: the whole 25% deposit is paid to you as compensation, subject to the applicable processing deduction.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Once you have accepted a booking, you are expected to fulfil it. If you need to cancel, notify AnQ and the customer immediately. The customer's deposit is refunded in full, with no processing deduction. If you cancel within 48 hours of the move, or an alternative can't be found, you will be charged 50% of the balance — £375 on a £1,000 move. See section 16 of the Channel Partner terms.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Partners must maintain appropriate insurance for the services they provide and provide valid evidence of cover when requested by AnQ.
Do I need to be BAR registered?
No, BAR membership is not mandatory. We welcome professional movers who meet AnQ's verification, insurance, compliance and service standards.
Can I operate outside my local area?
Yes. You can specify the areas and distance you are willing to cover during registration, and AnQ will use this information when matching relevant opportunities.
Can I leave AnQ?
Yes. You can end your Partner relationship in accordance with the applicable Partner Agreement and Terms, subject to completing or appropriately resolving any existing confirmed bookings.
How are Partner reviews calculated?
Customer feedback and ratings may contribute to your AnQ Partner profile and performance assessment. AnQ may also consider factors such as response times, cancellations, complaints and booking reliability.
How does AnQ select Partners?
We review applications based on factors such as business information, experience, services, coverage, insurance, documentation and overall suitability for the AnQ Partner network.
