Does AnQ cover my area?
Yes. With moving companies across the UK, AnQ can help with moves of all sizes — from delivering a single sofa across town to relocating an entire 4+ bedroom home anywhere in the country.
Can I travel with the goods?
Most of our Moving Partners are insured to transport goods only, although some may also be able to carry passengers. If you need to travel with your belongings, mention it in your enquiry and confirm it with any provider who quotes before accepting.
When will I receive a quote?
Most Moving Partners reply within a few hours, and you'll get a notification as each quote arrives. Adding more detail helps — Partners may need to know about the size, weight, quantity or special requirements of your items before they can quote accurately.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your move, your deposit is ordinarily refunded, less a processing deduction of 1.69% of the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is ordinarily retained as a cancellation charge. If your Moving Partner cancels, you get 100% of your deposit back. Full details are in our customer terms.
Are my belongings insured in transit?
Each quote shows the Moving Partner's goods-in-transit cover, so you can compare it alongside price and services. If your belongings are worth more, discuss increasing the cover with your Partner before booking.
